Defective Products: Pruitt's warrants all merchandise sold to be free of manufacture defect in material and workmanship for a period of ONE YEAR from the date of delivery to the original purchaser. See your product literature or speak with one of our product experts for details. If your product is defective upon arrival, notify product expert of the problem within 72 hours of receiving goods. Please note that many manufacturers offer separate warranties on their products. If you notice the defect after 72 hours of receiving goods, please contact the product’s manufacturer directly. For more information, please refer to warranty tags attached to all furniture.
Note: Most manufacturers require one service call to diagnose the problem.
Pruitt's warranty is void if the merchandise suffers damage caused by abuse, negligence, or accident; has been relocated, repaired or tampered with; was sold "as is"; or is used for commercial purposes. We do not guarantee any fabric against wear, fading, color fastness or damage cause by cleaning processes.
Damaged Products: All of our shipments are 100% insured. Product(s) damaged during shipping are eligible for exchange at no charge to you. Product(s) will be delivered by one of our delivery teams for all local deliveries; Feel free to call us for our local delivery area. Upon delivery, inspect your product for damage. Visible merchandise damage or any home damage must be noted on delivery documentation and called in to Pruitt's within 72 hours of delivery. If the product is damaged, you have the right to refuse the delivery. We will contact you to schedule another delivery. Freight delivery policy varies. The Product Does Not Meet Your Needs: If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you will need to contact the store regarding any cancellation or return within 72 hours after receipt of furniture. Any returned products must be free of any cosmetic damage and a 20% restocking fee will be charged. No credits will be given under any circumstances for delivery charges or fabric protection application. A furniture pick up fee equal to delivery charge will also be deducted from refund, as customers are responsible for shipping charges incurred when returning a product. Delivered products in use are not returnable. Products that do not meet these requirements may not be eligible for return.
Special order merchandise is subject to a 30% restocking fee — and must be free of any cosmetic damage within 72 hours after receipt of furniture.
A 30% restocking fee will be charged on all cancelled or returned special orders, delivered or undelivered.
All decor and accessory sales are final.
All sales of mattresses, mattress protectors, and pillows are final from the date of receipt by the customer.
The customer agrees to the terms and conditions published above when they place a completed order with our company. In addition, the customer authorizes their credit card company to abide by these terms. We reserve the right to cancel orders at any time.

Shipping Policy / Delivery Policy
Please be assured that your items will ship out as soon as possible from the date of purchase. If a special order is placed, please anticipate a longer delivery time. You will be notified once the item has been received in our warehouse. Prior to scheduling delivery, please measure your room and/or doorways to assure the furniture will fit. Rooms should be cleared in preparation for furniture delivery. To schedule delivery, call Pruitt’s at one of our two locations in Phoenix or Prescott Valley. We cannot take requests for, nor specify delivery times. An individual 18 years of age or older must be present at the time of delivery.
If it is necessary to reschedule/cancel your delivery, you must do so 72 HOURS prior to your scheduled delivery date. A reschedule/restocking fee equivalent to the original delivery fee will be charged if 72 HOURS notice is not given.
Due to liability issues, we cannot move your existing furniture, TV, computer or any electronic equipment. We cannot set up lamps, hang pictures or mirrors on walls, or make any electrical connections for entertainment units.
We cannot ship to P.O. boxes. If you are trying to estimate when a package will be delivered, please note the following: Credit card authorization and verification must be received prior to processing and all merchandise must be paid in dull prior to delivery. COD’s are not accepted.
We DO NOT deliver out of Arizona.
Out of Stock Merchandise
Please be aware that arrival dates for out of stock merchandise are estimates only. Pruitt's offers the most accurate information available at the time of purchase. Pruitt's is not obligated nor will offer financial compensation in the event of delay in the arrival of merchandise, as delays are beyond our control.
Products labeled “In Stock” are products typically carried, rather than special order products inventory changes as orders are processed. An “In Stock” label may not guarantee immediate delivery.

Sales Tax: Out-of-state orders will be charged the current sales tax. In-state orders will be charged 8.6% sales tax in Phoenix and 9.18% sales tax in Prescott Valley.
